As a SAP-FICO-Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in enabling clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize financial processes and reporting
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to validate seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into project strategies
- Directing teams through complex financial transformations, maintaining composure in challenging situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities for improvement
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Making informed decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness and project success
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP FICO and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing analytical thinking for financial forecasting and budgeting
- Leading finance transformation initiatives with a focus on business process improvement
- Excelling in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial opportunities and challenges
