As a SAP BTP Technical - Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, specializing within our SAP practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Developing and supporting SAP applications to optimize operational efficiency
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for software development and customization
- Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and user experience
- Collaborating with teams to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and build meaningful client relationships
- Applying strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with business objectives
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Excellent communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant.

●        Proficient in projects focusing on development, analytics and integration in the SAP Business Technology Platform.

●        SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) and RESTful Application Programming (RAP).

●        Languages: Node.js, Java, ABAP, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

●        SAP HANA Cloud design and data modeling.

●        Experience integrating AI services with SAP BTP and SAP applications

●        Ability to connect AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and cloud environments

●        Hands-on experience building and managing MCP servers and exposing SAP CAP, UI5, and Fiori as AI-ready services

●        Strong API development experience using REST, OAuth 2.0, and API management, following clean core principles

●        Experience developing end-to-end solutions on SAP BTP with scalable, secure, and reusable APIs

●        Proficiency with Git-based source control and collaborative development

●        Prepare technical specifications and participate on solution architectures and estimations

●        Work closely with SAP functional (SuccessFactors, HCM, FI, CO, MM etc.) consultant to deliver most fitting solutions.

●        Understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)

●        Solid understanding of Integration principles and patterns, technologies and protocols (REST, ODATA, SOAP, XML, JSON, Message queues, Identity management, SAML, OAUTH)
