As a Salesforce Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional consulting services within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, implementing Salesforce solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and communicate effectively.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Salesforce practice, where your versatile knowledge will be instrumental in assisting clients to optimize their business applications. You will craft and convey impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify opportunities, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, while maintaining a commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Guiding teams through complex problem-solving and strategic planning
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to improve project delivery
- Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Salesforce applications
- Innovating processes to improve business application consulting services
- Building relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Utilizing technical skills in Salesforce administration and integration to drive project success
- Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative design in client solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g. Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud), and Sales Cloud implementation

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive business process improvements
- Applying systems thinking to identify and solve complex problems
- Leading teams through challenging and uncertain situations with composure
- Developing training materials to enhance team performance and knowledge
