Key responsibilities:

• Retail Account Support & Customer Service – Serve as a trusted partner for retail customers by providing responsive day-to-day support, resolving operational inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Account Coordination & Collaboration – Work closely with Key Account Managers and Area Managers to support retail account activities, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to service excellence.
• Complaint & Issue Resolution – Manage customer complaints through Salesforce, ensure timely follow-up, and drive effective resolution while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Data & System Management – Maintain accurate master data, support system registrations, manage EDI processes, and ensure the reliability of transactional and operational information across platforms.
• Reporting & Business Insights – Prepare and communicate operational reports, analyze data trends, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations that support informed business decisions.
• Inventory & Operational Administration – Support inventory management activities, maintain accurate records for stores and distribution centres, and contribute to efficient operational processes.
• Financial & Process Support – Coordinate reimbursement calculations and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of agreed customer commitments.
• Continuous Improvement & European Collaboration – Partner with Retail Sales Support teams across Europe to standardize processes, share best practices, enhance operational efficiency, and drive automation initiatives.

We expect:

• Customer Relationship Management – Proven ability to build strong customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and act as a trusted partner across retail and supply chain environments.
• Sales Support & Operational Expertise – Solid experience in sales support, customer service, or back-office functions, ensuring efficient account coordination and high-quality operational support.
• Systems & Data Management – Skilled in working with CRM, ERP, and operational platforms, maintaining accurate data, supporting system processes, and ensuring reliable information flows.
• Retail & Supply Chain Knowledge – Good understanding of retail operations, supply chain processes, and customer requirements, ideally within the fresh produce, food, or related sectors.
• Analytical & Reporting Capabilities – Comfortable working with reporting and data analysis tools to identify trends, validate information, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Problem Solving & Process Improvement – Proactive and solution-oriented professional with the ability to resolve issues efficiently, improve processes, and contribute to operational excellence.
• Collaboration & Communication Skills – Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions, support key accounts, and communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.
• Organization & Personal Effectiveness – Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a strong focus on accuracy and service quality.
• Language Skills – Fluent Portuguese, Spanish, and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international business environment.
