The Business Development team is at the heart of our growth strategy within Private Banking.

A high-performing, complementary team of experts collaborates across four sub-teams: Value Proposition, Content & Communication, Business Intelligence, and Sales Management.

Within the Sales Management team, we are looking for a Sales Manager focusing on the East Zone — a key player who translates strategy into real impact on the ground.

A day in the life of a Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you act as the bridge between strategy and commercial execution:

• You translate new value propositions and initiatives into clear, client-centric, and impactful messages for Private Bankers and clients
• You work closely with the central Business Development team and the zone teams (Head of Zone, directors, management team & bankers)
• You design and facilitate workshops and commercial sessions (1-to-many coaching) to activate and strengthen teams
• You support the zonal management in the implementation and follow-up of strategic initiatives
• You play a key role in our Commercial Cycle, with a strong focus on consistent execution and scalability

Concretely:

• You support leaders in delivering clear and consistent commercial messaging
• You coach and guide Private Bankers in their commercial organization, including:
  • planning & pipeline management
  • lead usage and follow-up
  • translating strategy into a compelling client story
• You ensure consistency and quality of the commercial approach across the zone
