Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Team, part of our People & Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

We will count on you to:

• Assist to drive growth in revenues and clients from targeted segment
• Build relationships and support pipeline management and the associated sales process for both internally and externally generated activities
• Working collaboratively within a dynamic existing team to execute the sales strategy
• Raise awareness and generate opportunities for the company’s investment capabilities within the corporate and institutional investment community
• Educate internal stakeholders on the developing needs of clients and provide feedback on industry trends and market intelligence
• Prepare articles and other marketing materials that are relevant to the client segments, for client meetings, roadshows and client events.
• Identify topical issues relevant to clients and help develop a point of view for the company
• Support client events and roadshows.
• Any other ad-hoc projects/duties and business development focused activity as required.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment management or consulting industry.

• The ability to build solid working relationships and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.

• Agility in problem solving, and able to work autonomously to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Highly disciplined, proactive, with a results driven focus.
• Strong language capabilities in spoken and written English and Chinese.
