A pivotal leader responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team.  Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store and individual sales goals and performance
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team
• Champion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design program
• Recognize top talent
• Deliver an exceptional, branded customer experience
• Support sales events, promotions, and store operations
• Address customer concerns and help maintain a clean, professional showroom
• Partner with leadership to improve sales and operational results

Operations:

• Resolve customer concerns and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Support planning and executing sales promotion and events.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence.
• Ensure proper execution of all existing and new systems and administrative procedures.
• Uphold brand visual standards in the store by ensuring cleanliness in employee and customer areas.

 What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of sales or retail experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with strong business and financial understanding
• Retail sales management experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Must pass background and drug screening

What You Can Expect:

• Training Pay: $22 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)
• Average Earning Potential After Training: $70,000 - $90,000+ (inclusive of base, commission and bonus)
• The company will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements

Post-Training Pay:

• Base Pay: $22,000 per year
• Commission & Bonus: Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 6% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 4% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales. Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of store sales goals
