Sales Executive IV

Overview:

This position is with Dark Matter Technologies, part of Andromeda within Constellation Software. Dark Matter Technologies is a leading provider of innovative mortgage technology solutions designed to modernize lending workflows and enhance operational efficiency for financial institutions. The role is responsible for selling software products/services for the Elevate (Loan Servicing) Sales Team within Dark Matter’s Revenue Organization, targeting new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and support new-business objectives.

Advanced professional role. Distinguished by additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in sales. Viewed as an expert in the field having wide-ranging experience, who uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. The ideal candidate has expert-level knowledge of company products and services and will be assigned to moderately complex to complex accounts. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Typically requires ten (10) years or more of field sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for selling products and/or services, developing new accounts, and/or expanding existing accounts
• Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted Dark Matter products
• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts
• Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
• Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing Dark Matter resources and tools
• Negotiates, structures, and closes "deals" that meet customer expectations and Dark Matter’s ability to deliver
• Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies
• Meets sales goals and objectives

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Requires 10+ years of sales experience
• Experience selling to financial institutions and mortgage banking operations at the C-suite level
• Mortgage industry experience
• Knowledge of Dark Matter’s products, services and capabilities a plus

 

Qualifications:

• Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to determine client business needs and requirements and tailor solutions to those needs
• Experience in loan servicing or core banking platforms a plus
• Ability to travel up to 35%

 

This role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure based on performance.

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$139,500.00 - USD$170,500.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

Sales positions may be eligible to participate in the business commission plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
