Summary: 

The Sales Enablement Coordinator is an integral member of the Mass Market Sales team, providing administrative and sales support to leadership and internal and external sales colleagues. This role helps ensure the smooth operation and execution of sales initiatives and activities by developing a strong understanding of the team’s needs and supporting the overall sales strategy. Occasional travel is required for training, meetings, and events. 

Position Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate email campaign distribution for leaders and wholesalers, track results, and prepare performance updates. 

• Process and track vendor invoices to support accurate and timely payment. 

• Monitor applicable budgets and provide regular updates to wholesalers and sales leaders. 

• Partner with relevant team members to plan and deliver in-person and virtual advisor events, educational programs, promotional activities, and internal meetings. 

• Administer the continuing education credit process, including program submission, approval, participant reporting, and certificate delivery. 

• Prepare ad hoc reports using Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI, and provide data analysis and insights to sales leaders and team members as required. 

• Maintain accurate advisor assignments in Salesforce by identifying unassigned advisors and coordinating assignment to the appropriate wholesaler. 

• Serve as a subject matter resource for new sales tools and technologies, supporting team adoption through guidance, training, and troubleshooting. 

• Support leadership with national sales initiatives and special projects, as required. 

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access, equipment, documentation, and related administrative requirements. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Post-secondary education. 

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, as well as Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 

• Strong organizational, time-management, and priority-setting skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to investigate issues independently. 

• Strong verbal communication and business writing skills. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Ability to exercise discretion and tact when handling sensitive and confidential information. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in or knowledge of the life insurance business and related products. 

• Fast learner and self-starter who takes initiative and works proactively. 

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and become a subject matter resource for sales team members. 

• Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines. 

• Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.
