About the Role

As a member of the go-to-market team, you'll work closely with the CEO, VP of Sales and CS, and Creator Partnerships team to grow our mid-market advertiser base on Agentio as an individual contributor. This is an opportunity to get in early on a generational platform redefining advertising and creator monetization, with real ownership over the accounts and revenue you bring in.

What You'll Do

• Generate new revenue by onboarding mid-market advertisers onto the Agentio ad platform as an individual contributor

• Own the full sales funnel and customer journey, from prospecting, to closing new accounts, to helping new advertisers succeed and grow

• Evangelize and educate prospective customers on the efficiency and performance of YouTube and creator-led sponsored content ad reads

• Build and grow key relationships with brand partners who are highly analytical and data-driven

• Be a prospecting wizard, stacking your calendar with 15+ outbound meetings/week

• Execute sales plans and strategies to exceed ambitious, but realistic sales targets

• Contribute to the playbook for brand sales at Agentio

• Work with our creator partnerships team to optimize creator-brand fit

Analyze campaign performance and recommend performance enhancements

• Own an executive room and deliver a clear and concise pitch about the value that Agentio will bring to marketers, while instilling confidence by challenging current norms

• Stay highly organized and effectively manage your pipeline with detailed CRM updates

About You

• You are highly organized and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• You are passionate about AI, have incorporated AI into your workflows, and are constantly looking for ways to better optimize your day-to-day through the latest AI/LLM technology.

• You demonstrate a growth mindset and are constantly looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need

• 4-8+ years of digital ad sales experience, ideally in a startup environment

• Working understanding of digital advertising, YouTube AdSense, and/or creator ad integrations

• Experience selling to media buyers and performance marketers at mid-market companies and agencies

• Experience selling mid-and-lower funnel ad units and/or ad channels

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (President's Club, consistent promotions, etc)

• Proven ability to own sales cycles end-to-end

• Genuine passion for the influencer/creator space, specifically YouTube

• Ability to engage senior stakeholders at brands and agencies

• Nimble, hungry, humble, and adaptive to change
