Sobre esta vaga de Creator in Residence, Content & Series na Agentio
About Agentio
Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.
We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.
Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.
The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.
An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.
The Role
We want someone who thinks like a creator and works like a producer. Your job is to make Agentio's channels interesting to watch, for creators, for brand marketers, and for anyone who likes good content. You will design the series, write the questions, plan the shoots, work with our video editor on the cuts, and give the channel a voice.
You build the content engine: what we make, why it works, how we test hooks and formats, and which channels it lives on. You also own Agentio's presence cross-channel: Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, with spin-off channels where it makes sense. The calendar, the posting, the comments and DMs, and the numbers behind them are yours.
What You'll Do
Build the content strategy
Define what makes Agentio's channels different: the formats, the hooks, the voice
Decide the series roadmap and which channel each one lives on (Agentio HQ, YouTube, a spin-off)
Test formats, read the numbers, and kill or scale
Produce the series
Plan every shoot: guests, questions, shot lists, locations, schedule. If someone on the team is on camera, you hand them exactly what to film and when
Run the shoots in our office content studio and on the road (events like VidCon, creator visits)
Take raw footage and work with our video editor to the final cut; own the edit direction, pacing, titles, thumbnails
Turn long-form into short-form: clip, caption, and post it, platform-native for each channel
Own the channels
Run the Agentio HQ accounts on Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn: own the posting calendar, plan it, fill it, hit it
Repurpose what the company already makes into posts that land: case studies, product launches, series clips, the best creator ad reads of the week
Post before, during, and after every event we sponsor or host (Forbes CMO Summit, VidCon, Agentio Academy): announce it, cover it live, recap it
Reply to comments and DMs from creators, managers, and brands within the day
Live in the threads: Reddit, YouTube and IG comment sections, LinkedIn, X, wherever creator ads and the creator economy are being debated. Represent Agentio there and bring back what you hear
Spot trending formats, sounds, and hooks early and adapt them for Agentio
Read the numbers
Track watch time, retention, reach, engagement, followers, and response time by channel; share a weekly readout
Know why a post or an episode worked, and change what you make next based on it
Test hooks, formats, and posting times, and double down on what works
Be the creator voice inside Agentio
Bring what you learn from creators and managers back into product, onboarding, and the content itself
Help package case studies and campaign proof points into content people actually want to watch
Document the build journey: behind the scenes, wins, failures, and lessons. We want to behave like a creator for creators
Shape the Creator in Residence program as you go
What We're Looking For
A creator or producer with work we can watch: your own channel, a series you ran, a show you produced. Any size; quality beats follower count
You have built or grown something on YouTube, Instagram, X, or LinkedIn and can explain why it worked. You do not need to have run all four, but you can learn the ones you have not
Deep fluency in short-form and long-form video: hooks, retention, pacing, what makes someone keep watching
Analytical fluency: you read retention, reach, and engagement by platform, you know what the numbers are telling you, and you act on them
You can run a shoot end to end: plan it, direct it, and work with an editor to a finished cut
You can shoot, cut, caption, and post a short clip yourself, phone-first, the same day
Strong writer in short form: captions, hooks, replies, DMs
Ideas and taste: you pitch series and you have takes on the creator economy you can back up
Self-directed and consistent; you ship on a schedule without being chased
Comfortable in our NYC office at least 3 days a week
Credible with creators, managers, and brand marketers alike
Bonus points: on-camera presence (a plus, not required), video podcast or documentary experience, creator or talent management, a background in AI, media, or advertising, Reddit or community building.
What You Get
Compensation: full-time salary plus an equity grant that vests over your term
First look: product releases, research, and anonymized campaign insights before anyone else
Distribution: paid spend behind the best series and features in Agentio campaigns
Access: direct time with our founders, product, and data science teams
Stage time: speaking and panel opportunities alongside CMOs and marketing leaders, plus invites to our marquee events
Creative freedom: one brand guardrails doc covers claims and client confidentiality. Everything else is your voice and your call
Deal flow: first look at paid brand campaigns on the platform that fit your audience (where applicable)
