We are searching for the best talent for a Sales Consultant, Wound Closure!

Purpose: We firmly believe that this role is not a one-size-fits-all position, just like the personalized approach required for effective patient care. We seek a proactive individual who prioritizes customer satisfaction, shows a strong enthusiasm for learning, and has a diverse skill set applicable across various specialties. The role involves direct customer interactions. We value independent team players. You will have the autonomy to manage your own region with full responsibility. You will be part of the Wound Closure Biosurgery Team, collaborating with sales consultants, Business Development Manager, and sales manager. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving success in this dynamic and evolving field.

You will be responsible for:

• Sell innovative products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory
• Deliver product training to customers in diverse settings, including theatres, training rooms, and online platforms.
• Tailor training content to effectively engage and meet the specific needs of different stakeholders.
• Customer-centric approach, understanding their needs, and building strong relationships to deliver sustained value and support to our customers
• Offering specialized guidance and expert advice on the optimal use of our products in various surgical procedures
• Generating sales analyses and proactively adapt plans to enhance overall sales performance

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree (HBO level) required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Driven by results, excellence, and a passion for business accomplishments
• Integrity, adaptability, and stress resistance
• Native speaking Dutch and fluent in English both written and speaking is required
• Possession of a valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Knowledge of the current healthcare market landscape preferred.
• Prior commercial work experience or experience in a hospital setting a plus.
