As an auditing agent, you will be working closely with multiple areas of the company. You will be reviewing data from our salesmen and call centers to ensure accuracy and honesty. We strive to make our customer and employee experience the best it can be by holding personal accountability, positivity, and teamwork above all. We hope to add talent and confidence to our fast-growing company by staffing our team with driven people. Responsibilities include:

• Analyze new accounts sold by the door-to-door salesmen for contracts, pricing, and notes daily.
• Reply to incoming emails and resolve pay and account related problems from salesmen and technicians
• Review verbal agreements made by inside salesmen for accuracy
• Ability to complete ad hoc projects when assigned
• Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be able to multi-task while using different internal programs
• Ability to learn new skills quickly

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 19 years of age or older
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• 1+ yrs customer service experience
• Demonstrate comfortability with Google Sheets and Google Docs
