A Day in the Life

1.) 部門について – About the Operating Unit/Portfolio/Function

Sales Operations セルアウトチームでは、代理店から受領する納品実績データを社内システムの要件に合わせてクレンジング・検証する業務を担当しています。営業活動やビジネス上の意思決定に活用される重要なデータを扱うため、正確性と安定した業務運営が求められます。また、日々のオペレーションに加え、業務プロセスの標準化・効率化・自動化など、継続的な改善にも取り組んでいます。

2.) 業務内容 – About the position / Primary Responsibilities

Sales Operations セルアウトチームのメンバーとして、社内システムデータに関する日常業務および改善活動を担当いただきます。主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。

• 代理店から受領する納品実績の内容確認およびクレンジング
• Excel、Accessを活用したデータ検証
• 業務の進捗管理、および社内外関係者との調整
• 業務プロセスの標準化、効率化および継続的な改善
• 業務知識・ノウハウの標準化、文書化およびチームメンバーへの共有

a)必須要件 – Required Qualifications

• 大卒以上、または同等の資格・職務経験
• 営業事務・一般事務経験、または同等の職務経験 3年以上
• Excel、Access を使用した業務経験

b)歓迎要件 – Preferred Qualifications

• 英語で読み書きが可能な方
• Power BI、Power Automate等で業務改善のご経験
• AI を使用した業務経験
