2027年中国科技部研发培训生项目旨在为PPG全球涂料创新研究院进行人才资源的升级，培养未来的中坚力量。我们将提供为期一年的培养发展计划。培训生将通过轮岗、深入培训、项目参与、导师支持、汇报总结等系统方式从多个维度探索自我，激发潜能，快速成长，未来成为全球一流研发中心的中坚力量。培训期结束后，培训生将在多个研发方向定岗发展，成长路径包括管理路线、专业路线或跨职能路线。

培训方向包括但不限于：

• 产品开发与配方设计方向Product Development & Formulation Design

旨在应用水性、高固体分或无溶剂等新技术来建立新技术平台以服务所有战略业务单元。未来，产品开发与配方设计将和美国的涂料创新中心紧密合作，立足位于泰达的PPG全球涂料创新研究院，为亚太乃至全球的业务提供绿色环保的先进产品。欢迎高分子化学与物理、材料科学、化学、化学工程及工艺等相关专业的同学申请。涂料相关研究背景将具有优势但非必须。

• 计算机模拟与仿真方向 Simulation and Modeling

建立基于计算流体动力学（CFD），计算粒子动力学和有限元分析（FEA）的数学模型，将模型预测与研发实验室实验结果紧密结合来推进PPG的涂料研发，制造和产品应用技术。最终目标是推进创新，加快产品和工艺流程开发，确保稳健的流程规模扩大，并促进制造的持续改进。欢迎具有相关研究背景，且具有化学工程（及工艺），材料科学或材料工程，机械工程等相关专业的同学申请。

• 数字科学，AI及算法方向 Digital Technology

Digital Technology是PPG全球涂料创新研究院的一个重要部门，依托PPG公司数字化转型战略应运而生。Digital部门整合公司现有以及不断产生的数据资源，建立数据平台，利用大模型，机器学习等技术与公司的涂料研发和应用结合，从而加速研发的速度及效率，并致力于推动公司工业智能化进程。欢迎具备扎实的计算机应用，数理统计及数据科学基础，熟练掌握python及其他相关编程语言，并拥有机器学习，数据挖掘等实践经历的同学申请。

• 颜色科学与3D渲染方向 Color science and color rendering

3D渲染部门专注于涂料外观效果的高保真数字孪生。我们通过基于物理的 3D 渲染（PBR）技术，直观呈现涂料设计，引领市场色彩趋势，赋能客户进行快速、精准的色彩决策，打造前沿的数字化色彩体验。渲染管线覆盖外观数据采集分析、数字化色彩管理、着色器（Shader）编译开发及 3D 资产平台建设。欢迎具有扎实的计算机图形学、色彩科学基础，掌握着色器语言、前端语言和其他相关计算机语言，并拥有3D资产生成项目经历的同学申请。

竞聘要求：

• 欢迎以下相关专业的2027届全日制硕士、博士毕业生：

高分子化学与物理、材料科学、化学、化学工程及工艺、以及机械工程等相关专业

人工智能、计算机科学、数理统计、应用数学、计算机图形学、色彩科学等相关专业

• 毕业时至少公开发表过（或在投）一篇SCI或者EI学术论文

• 具有良好的能动性，创新能力，解决问题能力，学习能力和沟通能力。

• 良好的中英文沟通能力，同时能够接受一定比例的出差
