OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The RPA Lead will sit within the Intelligent Automation & Op Tech Tribe. The role will play a significant part in our transformational Intelligent Process Automation portfolio of work within PokerStars. The aim of the Intelligent Automation team is to leverage RPA, NLP & other automation capabilities to solve problems and improve customer & employee experiences.

You will lead RPA Developers to drive the programme through a mixture of redesign and building of new processes in the businesses chosen automation tool, UiPath. You will also be responsible for people management of RPA Developers.

You will be part of a diverse function based across different locations who strive to break the distance by using our technologies to communicate better and to upskill and support each other on a daily basis. We are proud of the relationships we have built with our suppliers and the rest of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver RPA solutions as per delivery & development framework.
• Oversee the development lifecycle of RPA Developers, from design to deployment.
• Mentor and guide RPA Developers in process modelling, development, and best practices.
• Establish and maintain robust RPA development standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Foster a collaborative environment through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Automation Delivery Manager to achieve departmental goals.
• People management of RPA Developers.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

Essential

• Past experience working within an Operational environment.
• Experience architecting and developing process led solutions using UiPath.
• Willingness to learn other automation technologies.
• Must be able to multitask and support multiple projects at a given time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to ensure teams can work to deadlines and manage expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The following credentials are a distinct advantage, but not essential for the role:

• Past experience working as an UiPath RPA developer.
• Experience with IBM Watson and/or using UiPath & IBM Watson together.
• People Management Experience.
