Department Overview
This department is responsible for B2B marketing at Rakuten Mobile.
We strategically promote not only mobile network services but also our own products on a daily basis.
To embody one of our "Success Concepts," "Maximization of Customer Satisfaction," we always approach our work from the customer's perspective.
We are an organization responsible for the production and improvement that supports diverse initiatives, including websites, digital marketing, owned media, and events.
The appeal of this role is the ability to be involved from planning to improvement and to gain an overview of the entire marketing process.

Position:
Position Details

・Design and direction of project progress for web and print production (including event-related production)
・Organization of objectives and requirements, coordination and consensus-building with related departments (Marketing, Sales, Production)
・Organization of production workflows and role distribution, progress management using RACI and SOW
・Quality control and improvement proposals for production deliverables, identification of issues in the operational phase
・Prioritization of multiple projects and resource adjustment, optimization of overall projects

Work Environment
35 members (15 in Marketing, 20 in Production)

Mandatory Qualifications:

・Years of experience: 5-7+ years of practical experience as a Web Director
・Industry background: Any of the following: Web production companies, web departments of operating companies, or advertising agencies.

Desired Qualifications:

・Practical experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS
Writing experience
・Direction experience for print media/event production materials
・Experience utilizing AI in business operations
