Essential Functions:

Drive inventory management and cycle count programs across all retail dispensary locations.

Coordinate with store managers to schedule and complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations at each location.

Review reconciliation results across the retail network to identify variances, trends, and discrepancies requiring follow-up.

Partner with store managers and retail staff to investigate root causes and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure cycle counts and reconciliations meet the accuracy and documentation standards required under Texas CUP regulations.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records within the company's point-of-sale and ERP systems.

Develop and maintain standardized cycle count schedules, checklists, and reconciliation procedures for consistent use across all retail locations.

Train and support store managers and retail staff on cycle count procedures, inventory best practices, and system usage.

Prepare regular reports summarizing cycle count results, reconciliation status, and inventory accuracy metrics by location.

Escalate unresolved discrepancies, suspected loss, or compliance concerns to the Director of Retail Operations and compliance team.

Support periodic full-store physical inventory counts and audits.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and reconciliation processes across the retail network.
Additional Responsibilites:

Collaborate with compliance, purchasing, and store operations teams to align inventory practices with regulatory and business requirements.

Support the rollout of new inventory management tools, systems, or procedures across the retail network.

Maintain documentation of reconciliation results and corrective actions for audit readiness.

Travel to retail locations across the network as needed to support in-person cycle counts and training.

Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned to support the retail network.
What You'll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant work experience.

Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, or retail operations, ideally in a regulated or high-compliance environment.

Strong attention to detail and comfort working with detailed inventory data and reconciliation reports.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with store managers across multiple locations.

Ability to travel regularly to retail locations across the network.

Proficiency with inventory/ERP or seed-to-sale tracking systems preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple sites.
