Summary:
As a Researcher, a typical day involves carefully planning and organizing research activities by employing a variety of secondary and primary research methods. The role requires gathering and analyzing information to uncover market trends and insights. Throughout the day, the Researcher synthesizes findings to support important projects by developing effective communication strategies. Collaboration with different stakeholders to ensure research outcomes align with project goals is a key aspect of the daily routine, along with continuously refining research approaches to enhance the quality and relevance of the insights delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of research methodologies to ensure robust and reliable results.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align research objectives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing and executing research projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present research findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with asset management principles and performance optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM).
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates
- A 15 years full time education is required.
