JOB TITLE: Relationship Associate, Crown Dependencies Private Banking

SALARY: £45,287 - £47,670

LOCATION(S): St Helier 9 Broad Street Office Jersey or Guernsey St Sampsons

HOURS: Full time – 35 hours per week

WORKING PATTERN: This role is based 5 days a week in above office

Please note this role is only available for colleagues residing in, or to those who hold right to work permits for Jersey/Guernsey.

What you’ll be doing:

We’re the trusted private banking partner in the Crown Dependencies, combining relationship-led banking with deep local expertise. As part of one of Lloyds Banking Group's fastest-growing businesses, you'll play a key role in supporting and growing our Relationship Managed customer base in Jersey.

In this role you’ll:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Crown Dependencies clients, delivering exceptional service and tailored banking and lending solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive engagement, regular reviews, and ongoing support to meet evolving needs.
• See opportunities to deepen relationships by matching client needs with our products, services, and digital capabilities.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability through trusted relationship management and expert guidance.
• Develop strong networks with external partners and professional introducers to generate new business opportunities and sustainable growth.
• Continuously improve ways of working, embracing innovation while developing your own skills and supporting the growth of others.
