RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.

AT&T has an opening for a Refresh Team Lead to support the delivery staff by ensuring service levels and objectives are met. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assign and push the prioritized work to approx. 15-18 individual Refresh technicians.
• Monitor inventory levels / delivery schedule for refresh equipment.
• Provide 'advanced' level of technical support, as needed, for Refresh technicians or customers.
• Provide all daily admin support to technicians: Gain access to customer spaces, coordinate appointments, required documentation for security, etc.
• Manage post-refresh issues reported by customers.
• Onboard/Train New Hires.
• Provide port security, as needed, to individual Refresh teams.
• Collaborate with frameworks; such as Asset Audit, to ensure record integrity and accurateness is being achieved.
• Supports the development of monthly Refresh targets for all neighborhoods.
• Reviews and works with the UTL team to quantify missing assets.
• Works with the Asset team to verify asset state and location.
• Assists with the development of reports for all Refresh efforts.
• Performs all queue management for all types of refresh performed on program.
• Manages ticket handling, mailbox, and tasking.
• Oversee’s refresh queue coordinators.
• Provides tasking for queue coordinators.
• Reviews and validates all refresh work.
• Creates refresh ticketing templates and mass tickets needed for refresh.
• Assists other Queue Manager or Queue Coordinators as questions arise.
• Generates refresh reporting and assists in tracking deadlines.
• Supports the Refresh Manager in developing products for internal leadership to aid in tracking and metrics.
• Supports the Refresh Manager in both internal and external meetings, representing refresh for the program.
• Works closely with the Assets, Distribution, and Neighborhood Teams to ensure all are prepared for refresh activities.
• Assists with refresh projections and inventory acquisition.
• Assists in developing and improving refresh processes and procedures.
• Monitors trends and communicates them to the Refresh Manager/applicable stakeholders as necessary.

Required Qualifications: Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of supervisory or project management experience.

• Familiarity with refresh project/efforts, coordinating staff and technical requirement is a plus.
• Candidate must have good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to function under tight deadlines and engage directly with customers is a plus.

earns $72,000 - $112,500
