Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential

Recruitment Consultant | Property & Construction
Location: Castlemead, Lower Castle Street, Bristol, BS1 3AG
Driver: Ideally a car driver with their own vehicle
Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Property & Construction team in Bristol, specialising in the growing white collar social housing sector across Bristol and the South West.
This is an exciting opportunity to further develop a specialist desk, build lasting client relationships and connect talented professionals with rewarding opportunities. This is a warm desk with an active and lapsed client base to be able to work with. What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with clients across the social housing sector
- Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Taking job briefs and providing recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, attracting and headhunting high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
- Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For
- Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Property & Construction or a related sector
- Strong business development and relationship building skills
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
