Full-time
Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid working (1-2 days from home)

What You'll Be Doing
Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment desk
Building relationships with new and existing clients across the Leeds market
Identifying and winning new business opportunities
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy brief to placement
Sourcing, interviewing and matching high-quality candidates to opportunities
Providing expert advice and market insight to clients and candidates
Working towards achievable activity and financial targets that directly increase your earnings
