Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist — Real Estate & Mortgage

Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone preferred; Central considered)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Compensation: $52,000 base salary + performance bonuses. On-target earnings of $129,000 /year.

About the Opportunity

Kinsfolk Signature Realty and Kinsfolk Mortgage are building a real estate and mortgage ecosystem where the two businesses fuel each other, roughly 85% of our real estate closings come from referrals through our mortgage side. We're growing fast and looking for our first dedicated in-house recruiter to help us build a real, repeatable process for bringing top real estate talent onto our team.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. You won't be stepping into a fully built-out machine, you'll be building it, with direct support and real input into how it works.

We're building two distinct real estate recruiting pipelines to support different agent needs, and part of this role is learning to identify which path is the right fit for each candidate you bring in.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit real estate agents — a mix of newly licensed talent and already-producing agents — to join our team
• Learn our two recruiting pipeline models and how to qualify which one is the best fit for each candidate
• Recruit licensed mortgage loan officers on a smaller scale as our agent base grows
• Run a high-volume outbound recruiting motion: 100+ calls per day and 15+ LinkedIn connections per day
• Work inbound opportunities through AgentAttraction.io in addition to your proactive outbound efforts
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) and use industry sourcing tools (Model Match, AgentAttraction.io) to find the right people
• Present qualified candidates for review and help close the loop from first contact to signed agent
• Help shape and refine our recruiting process as we scale

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in outbound, high-volume recruiting or sales, cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships from scratch
• Strong phone presence; you can tell a compelling story and get people to listen
• Real estate or mortgage industry experience is a plus, but not required, passion and drive matter more than a specific background
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role with no rigid 9-to-5 structure
• A self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need heavy oversight to perform
• Based in the Eastern or Central time zone
