As a Director in RCMS Clinical Denials at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will lead efforts to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance client productivity and efficiency

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 to 20 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
