What you will do:
Support the Project Delivery team in project scheduling, risk analysis, performance monitoring, and preparation of reports related to revenue, billing, and operational support.
How you will do it:
A. Project Scheduling & Analysis
Develop baseline master work programs and project schedules, including manpower histogram charts.
Prepare S-Curve and manpower histograms based on project timelines.
Conduct delay analysis, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, Liquidated Damages (LAD) evaluations, and prepare delay chronology reports.
Monitor schedule variances and update revised completion dates in coordination with Lines of Business (LOB).
Manage PPM Tollgate processes and upload documentation to SharePoint.
B. Revenue & Billing Monitoring
Update SEA Revenue Tracker, backlog, and forelog.
Perform revenue bridging analysis to identify gaps in revenue changes.
Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue charts.
Manage forelog files and analyze sales data.
Update UBR feedback, billing plans, total billing plans, and Power BI remaining data.
Develop billing trackers and dashboards for daily and monthly monitoring.
C. Operational Support
Create timesheet templates for site teams.
Provide support for ad-hoc requests, including data updates, report preparation, and analysis for management.
What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields with 3–5 years of experience in construction project management (MEP experience preferred).
Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH
Conditional Formatting
Chart & Dashboard Creation
Data Analysis & Forecasting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
Experience in subcontractor and procurement management.
In-depth understanding of PPM processes, revenue tracking, and billing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
