We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Director with a proven track record of successfully delivering hyperscale and colocation data center projects. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall accountability for the successful delivery of mission-critical projects for
development through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
The Project Director serves as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and operational readiness. The role requires strong leadership of multidisciplinary teams and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships while driving commercial performance and operational excellence.
The Project Director will oversee multiple project teams, provide governance and direction across all project phases, and ensure alignment with client objectives and business goals. The Project Director must:

▪ Possess an in-depth knowledge of procurement, risk and quality practices.
▪ Demonstrate critical thinking and evaluation skills.
