Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements to support project objectives. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing expectations across multiple teams. - Proficient in using tools and techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, and management. - Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable project deliverables. - Ability to assess and prioritize requirements to align with strategic goals and resource availability.
