The Program Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives that support Capital Group's long-term business objectives and modernize the marketing content lifecycle. This role will drive cross-functional programs spanning content creation, validation, workflow optimization, AI-enabled automation, and operating model evolution. • Experience working with AI, automation, digital products, data platforms, or emerging technologies preferred.
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and drive results across business and technology organizations.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes and executable plans. Ability to leverage data analytics tools to track these outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience leading strategic, operational, technology, or vendor-related initiatives.
• Skilled at facilitating ambiguous and challenging discussions with authenticity, respect, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a passion for exploring emerging technologies, business trends, and new ways of working, with the ability to evaluate opportunities and translate insights into practical business outcomes.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
