Job Description: 

The Professional Services Team Lead is the operational and customer-facing owner of CAST's Professional Services function, responsible for ensuring that every customer engagement is executed to the highest standard, that customers achieve lasting value from their investment in CAST technology, and that the delivery infrastructure supporting those outcomes is efficient, scalable, and commercially sound.

Salary range for this role is $62,000 - $68,000

This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of customer success, technical delivery, and business performance. The Professional Services Team Lead owns the post-sales customer relationship, leads PS delivery, and builds the internal product training capability for WYSIWYG and BlackTrax, applying a commercial mindset to every decision and understanding how the choices made in delivery directly affect cost, margin, and revenue.

A key part of the mandate is building and developing CAST's internal delivery team leading Product Specialists who also rotate through Technical Support so that every engagement is resourced, scheduled, and delivered to a consistent, commercially sound standard.

The ideal candidate is as comfortable in front of a customer as they are in the field. They bring deep knowledge of the entertainment and live events industry, genuine instincts for how people adopt and deploy complex technology, and the business awareness to balance customer outcomes with organizational objectives. Familiarity with WYSIWYG and/or BlackTrax is a strong asset, and the role offers meaningful opportunity to develop deep product expertise as part of its core mandate.
