We are a growing team navigating an exciting phase of digital transformation. We’re expanding our Product Design function in Cape Town – our design hub. You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering across Cape Town, London - UK, and Katowice - Poland, bringing design thinking to our Products. 

There will be ambiguity as we define our best practices, but for the right designer, this is a unique opportunity to shape how product design operates at a global scale without being micromanaged.

Requirements

About role

You will design the digital, self-serve concierge experiences (Ten Platform) that our high-net-worth and corporate members interact with daily. You will be instrumental in exploring how emerging technologies, like AI and our AI-powered assistant Talia, can feel seamless, engaging, and deeply helpful to our members.  

What You'll Do 

• End-to-End Design: Own the design of member-facing platforms (web and mobile), focusing on delight, ease of use, and task completion. 

• AI Integration: Design intuitive interfaces for cutting-edge AI experiences, helping members interact naturally with our Agentic ChatBots and personalized recommendation engines. 

• Premium UX: Translate complex, global service offerings into elegant, premium digital experiences that reflect our luxury brand. 

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with user research, product management, and engineering to continuously iterate based on member feedback and behavioral data. 

• Process Definition: Help establish and refine our design rituals, contributing to a growing design system and advocating for the user at every step. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience:  Min 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (from discovery to high-fidelity delivery). 

• Consumer Focus: Experience designing B2C or B2B2C products, with a keen eye for premium visual design and micro-interactions. 

• Navigating Ambiguity: You are comfortable in a growing team where processes are still being defined. You see a lack of rigid structure as a chance to lead and implement best practices. 

• Collaboration: You have a track record of working closely and positively with Product Managers and Engineers. You know how to negotiate technical constraints. 

• Proactive Mindset: You don't wait to be told exactly what to design; you ask the right questions, prototype early, and help define the problem space.
