About the location:

Required Profile

• Advanced English proficiency and experience serving high-profile guests or clients.
• Ability to provide personalized services and technical assistance with iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows, Apple devices, Web TV, and WhatsApp.
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, build excellent guest relationships, and anticipate guest needs.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage (F&B), Housekeeping, and resort operations.
• Ability to manage reservations, flight changes, restaurant bookings, activities, and transportation arrangements.
• Capability to review room folios, recommend experiences based on guest preferences, and resolve issues during the stay.
• Availability to respond to managers’ and directors’ requests, report incidents, and propose solutions aligned with resort policies.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to provide first aid when required.
• Physical ability to carry luggage or packages weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are prepared and meet all F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering requirements.
• Verify and coordinate all reservations, tours, and services requested by guests.
• Maintain constant communication with operational departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage activity changes or cancellations while balancing guest needs and provider requirements.
• Always act with professionalism, punctuality, and respect, maintaining appropriate boundaries with guests.
• Provide immediate follow-up on pending requests, including those involving other departments.
• Comply with hotel policies regarding operations, golf cart usage, uniforms, mobility, and professional conduct.
• Inform management of special situations, including guest invitations to meals, and never consume alcoholic beverages while on duty.
• Remain on hotel premises unless authorized and refrain from prohibited activities such as cooking, handling beverages, or using pools and beaches as a guest.
• Ensure guest safety and well-being, including providing first aid when necessary.
