Deine Aufgaben
- Recherche zu Schaltungstopologien und Realisierungen RF RMS Leistungsdetektoren
- Entwurf und Layout eines RMS-Detektors in einer RadHard SiGe BiCMOS Technologie
- Analyse und Stabilisierung des entworfenen Detektors bezüglich Prozess und Umwelteinflüssen
Deine Qualifikation
- Studium der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
- Interesse an Satellitentechnik und Hochfrequenzsystemen.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Analog und RFIC Schaltungsdesign
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Designtools wie Cadence Virtuoso oder Keysight ADS / Pathwave
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise.
