Platform Ownership & Strategy
Own the global JDE O2C platform and associated business capabilities.
Define and maintain the O2C technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Drive platform modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish platform standards, governance models, and solution architecture principles.
Manage platform health, technical debt, lifecycle planning, and upgrade strategy.
Monitor business value delivery and measure platform performance through defined KPIs.
Business Process Ownership
Provide leadership across the end-to-end Order-to-Cash value stream, including:
Order Management
Customer order processing.
Document Management (Third Party Integrations, Invoice, OAK etc)
Order fulfillment workflows.
Order activity rules and approvals.
Credit hold management.
Backorder and allocation processes.
Intercompany sales transactions.
Base/Advanced Pricing management.
Rebate management.
Fulfillment & Distribution
Inventory commitments.
Freight and transportation integrations.
Government and Third-party integration coordination (EDICOM).
Billing & Accounts Receivable
Invoice generation and distribution.
Cash application processes.
Act as the primary point of contact for O2C business stakeholders.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Shared Services leadership teams.
Lead governance meetings and steering committee discussions.
Provide executive-level updates on platform performance, risks, and initiatives.
Build strong partnerships with implementation partners, vendors, and system integrators.
ERP Transformation & Project Leadership
Lead major ERP initiatives, upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, and rollout projects.
Sponsor and oversee solution design activities.
Approve functional and technical architecture decisions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Coordinate global deployments and regional implementations.
Lead cutover planning, hypercare support, and transition to operations.
Identify opportunities to automate O2C processes using:

Workflow Automation
AI-enabled analytics
Integration platforms
Positioning of the Role
A Senior Analyst focuses on solution delivery and process expertise.
An O2C Lead owns the process domain, leads analysts, and drives regional/global initiatives.
A Platform Owner is accountable for the complete O2C capability, technology roadmap, governance, budget, vendor management, audit compliance, and strategic business outcomes across the global enterprise.
