Within the Operations Department of Eurostar, the Planning & Rostering department is responsible for designing and adapting the commercial transport plan for the Eurostar service and managing the staff (TD, TM, Paris-Nord station personnel) required for its implementation.

Here are the main task :

1. Personnel Scheduling : Manage staff orders, adapt service schedules, and provide backup support to ensure coverage in Belgium and Paris.

2. Monitoring & Reporting: Track attendance, validate service logs, update reports, and ensure data accuracy in TAM TAM.

3. Resource Logistics: Manage bookings, transportation, and emergency equipment; coordinate with Co Thalys during crises.

4. Support Operations: Assist Crew Dispatchers during disruptions and ensure smooth communication between teams.

5. Crisis Adaptation: Help adjust transport plans and secure extra resources during unexpected events.

Requirements

• You are fluent in French & Dutch. English & German are an asset
• You have a first experience in the railway sector.
• You have outstanding interpersonal skills
• You are ready to work in shift, weekend included
