Sobre esta vaga de Passports & Gyros: German Aviation Support Specialist - Relocate to Greece na Next Job Abroad
Let’s be honest for a second. Are you really about to spend another year staring out a rain-streaked window, drinking lukewarm coffee, and endlessly scrolling through pictures of Mediterranean beaches?
Or are you ready to pack your bags, move to Athens, Greece, and turn those beach pictures into your actual Tuesday afternoon reality? 🇬🇷✨
We are hiring quick-thinking, detail-oriented talent to join our high-energy international team on-site in Athens supporting one of the world's premier, award-winning airlines: Singapore Airlines!
No, you won't be handing out peanuts at 30,000 feet—you’ll be the behind-the-scenes legend managing high-stakes corporate travel, booking puzzles, and partner logistics.
💻 What You’ll Actually Be Doing (The Daily Quests)
This isn't a chaotic, high-volume call center where you read script after script to angry retail customers. This is a specialized B2B (Business-to-Business) role working directly with travel agencies, corporate partners, and business clients.
The daily setup? 80% written support (email & chat) and 20% phone support:
- 🎟️ The VIP Group Queue: Handle group quotes, sales, and end-to-end flight management until passengers are fully flown. (For the detail-obsessed!)
- 🚑 The Priority & Special Handling Queue: Be the hero who coordinates medical requests, special passenger assistance, and manual refunds. (For the quick thinkers!)
- 🧩 The Daily Puzzle Solver: Help business partners navigate flight schedule changes, ticket upgrades, name corrections, and mileage points.
- 🖥️ The Tech Master: Flex your multitasking muscles by juggling 8–9 internal software tools and tracking your own cases like a boss.
Requirements
🧳 Who Belongs on This Flight?
You don't need decades of airline experience to land this job, but you do need to be sharp, tech-savvy, and ready for an adventure!
- Language Power: Near-native or C1 level in German plus solid B2 English (for training and software systems).
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or college degree + at least 6 months of customer care experience. (Bonus points if you have experience in travel, hospitality, or GDS systems like Amadeus!)
- Keyboard Speedster: Good PC skills, fast typing (25 wpm with 100% accuracy), and the ability to flip between software tools seamlessly.
- The Vibe Check: At least 18 years old, detail-oriented, and ready to commit to living in Greece for at least 1 year.
