1) Training Delivery:

• Conduct the BEST program as the entry point for all new sales hires.

• Deliver IC Review for Organic Recruits

• Coordinate with different SMEs and admin team for the BEST session

• Can simulate role play scenarios to enhance learning experience

2) Content Support:

• Facilitate workshops for product reviews for FSCs.

• Assist the senior trainers in developing and updating training modules, scripts to reflect recent changes and regulatory direction.

• Review BEST module for improvement.

3) Performance Management:

• Track and monitor the 1st 30 days of the onboarded FSCs in coordination with Area Sales Head upon coding – (TBD)

• Conduct bite-sized sessions for FSCs to enable activation.
