Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Terra team- a server who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence!
What are we looking for?
- A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with others
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
- A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
What would you bring to the table?
- 2+ years of experience as a high-end restaurant server/restaurant service or related work
- Strong F&B knowledge
- Flexible schedule- availability to work weekends and holidays
- Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
- Ability to stand and move around the restaurant area for the entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
- Proficiency with English communication skills
What would your job responsibilities be?
- Deliver knowledgeable, engaging service with a full understanding of all food and beverage offerings, confidently sharing ingredient details and providing articulate, enticing menu descriptions
- Continuously expand your knowledge of cuisine, wine, and beverage products to enhance the guest experience
- Support the Terra team by completing side work, greeting and seating guests when the host/ess is unavailable, taking reservations, and operating the MICROS point‑of‑sale system
- Maintain full awareness and presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests
- Accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; and properly handle voids, corrections, and complimentary items in accordance with Four Seasons policies
