Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. This position requires working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various environments. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
