Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, your day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. You will manage application features, oversee release processes, and ensure the overall stability and performance of the systems. Your role includes utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across environments. Collaboration with various teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to extend application capabilities.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and version control.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Anaplan.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
