Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the overall design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role includes supervising the configuration processes, coordinating integrations with various systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive solution evolution is a key aspect of daily activities.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to establish and enforce best practices and standards for packaged and software as a service platforms.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Design.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes within packaged and software as a service environments.
- Experience in managing configuration and integration activities for complex software solutions.
- Ability to develop and maintain platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges related to solution design and deployment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
