Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in with business process modelling and notation.

Role insights:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for service provisioning submitted by internal customers (both business and network teams).
• Consult with internal stakeholders regarding the capabilities and limitations of existing solutions.
• Create detailed functional specifications for OSS systems and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Collaborate closely with development teams and coordinate implementation efforts.
• Support planning and execution of QA and UAT processes, including test case definition.
• Facilitate clear, structured communication between geographically distributed teams.
• Prepare and deliver regular status and progress reports to internal customers and management.

What makes you unique:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry and familiarity with network KPIs or customer lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn, anomaly detection, CLV).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau, and basic SQL for data validation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
