US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation Systems eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting-edge program supporting DoW intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.
The SOFCOM Management Analyst supports the successful management and execution of a specialized equipment program, ensuring smooth logistics, effective communication with stakeholders, and compliance with relevant policies. This role involves coordinating user accounts, facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners, supporting leadership operations, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the program’s goals, processes, and operational requirements.
- Manage user account documentation and maintain accurate records related to equipment issuance and returns.
- Act as a liaison between the program and external partners, ensuring clear communication, training, and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Support leadership by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and monitoring program progress against milestones.
- Create, update, and enforce program policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collect, analyze, and report on program data to identify trends, measure performance, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Assist in identifying risks and propose mitigation strategies to support program success.
- Conduct operational research and analyze data to support inventory planning, scheduling, and decision-making.
- Support the Officer in Charge (OIC) and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) with daily operations, meetings, briefs, and milestone tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison to NATO nations, coordinating equipment needs and resolving logistical or policy issues.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process flows, and training materials, ensuring compliance with US BICES and NATO standards.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently while assisting with project management activities, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic operational environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of systems administration experience required.
- Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong hands-on experience utilizing ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow (or equivalents like Remedy, SCSM).
- ITIL V4 Foundation (or higher) or equivalent ITIL certification
