We are seeking an experienced and passionate Orientation and Onboarding Program Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of new hire orientation experiences in our NALA region for the United States, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. In this role, you will be the architect of a new hire's first impression of our company by creating engaging, inclusive, and informative orientation programs that connect employees to our culture, values, and mission from the start.

What you'll be doing:

• Orientation Program Ownership: Design, manage, and continuously evolve a world-class new hire orientation program, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Cultural Integration: Champion our company culture and values through immersive onboarding experiences that resonate across diverse geographies and backgrounds.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with HR, Communications, IT, Legal, Real Estate and Site Services (RESS), and many other groups to curate and deliver a seamless, end-to-end orientation experience.
• Content Creation & Curation: Develop and maintain engaging orientation materials including presentations, welcome videos, new hire task lists, and digital resources.
• Facilitation & Hosting: Serve as a primary facilitator and host for orientation sessions, creating an energetic and welcoming environment for new hires.
• Speaker & Executive Coordination: Recruit, prepare, and schedule executive speakers and cross-functional presenters to participate in orientation programming.
• Technology & Platforms: Manage orientation delivery platforms and tools to ensure a consistent and accessible experience for all new hires.
• Continuous Onboarding: Manage and develop continuous onboarding programs post-orientation. This may include New Hire Office Hours, Socials, Volunteer Events and much more.
• Metrics & Feedback: Review our Listening PM's key metrics and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Oversee the orientation program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Any other project work or job duties, as assigned.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR program management, employee experience, or learning & development, with a strong focus on orientation or onboarding programs.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities across time zones.
• Strong business insight and understanding of cross-functional work.
• Ability to develop strong partnering relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of HR law and practices.
• Customer focused while being responsive with a sense of urgency as well as the ability to lead projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, confident as well as the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of associates and management.
• Ability to work productively and collaboratively with team members and provide extraordinary customer service as well as be flexible and able to quickly adjust to new priorities.
• Ability to work onsite at the Santa Clara campus.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or PMP certification.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360.
• Background with immigration, relocation, and HR compliance.
• Experience with global orientation and onboarding.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until October 2, 2026.
