In collaboration with the Sr. Manager of Talent Development, the Program Manager, (Leadership) Development Programs will assist in leading, growing and executing organizational leadership development programs. The goal of these programs is to develop and engage talent at all levels, strengthen our culture, and provide ongoing leadership and management development opportunities for our people. This role serves across Talent Development, including organizational and learning & development, partners with HR and business leaders, and works to build leadership capability, confidence and a positive culture through effective leadership programs, facilitation and leadership development and coaching experiences.
This role will lead and manage groups of program participants within the development programs. It is an Individual Contributor position.
This role will also support broader talent and organizational development efforts.
This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
- Design, develop, implement, manage and support comprehensive programs and experiences that enhance leadership capabilities and management skills across the organization (emerging talent, manager development, rotational programs, etc).
- Manage and support designated leadership development programs end-to-end, including program implementation, evaluation and management, and participant, stakeholder and vendor coordination, logistics and overall experience.
- Design, develop, implement, evaluate and facilitate leadership learning session content.
- Own the recruitment, nomination, selection and onboarding processes for development programs and make recommendations for process and system enhancements.
- Manage all program documentation, tracking and budget.
- Communicate offerings, strategy, priorities, impact data and opportunities related to leadership programs to business leaders and stakeholders to inform and guide people strategies and engagement, and to drive visibility.
LEADERSHIP, COACHING & CONSULTING
- Administer and interpret leadership assessments (as certified and trained to lead), including 360-degree feedback assessments and other leadership diagnostics.
- Facilitate planning sessions, strategic meetings, and leadership workshops.
- Lead discussions that build alignment, encourage productive dialogue, support leadership development.
LEADERSHIP PROGRAM ANALYTICS & EVALUATION
- Collects, analyzes, and reports metrics & tracking for leadership programs.
- Analyze leadership, and engagement data & metrics to identify trends, measure impact, identify opportunities and continuously improve leadership development program experiences. As well as inform strategic decision and strategy.
- Continuously evaluate and refine leadership development solutions to ensure they remain relevant, effective and leveraged across the organization.
- Identify innovative and cost-effective solutions for leadership development programs, vendors/ external partners, technologies, assessments and related opportunities.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks, support shared priorities and meet timelines.
- Stay current on leadership development & coaching trends, tools and best practices, and apply relevant insights to improve learning experiences.

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Proficiency in use of virtual delivery platforms (i.e. Teams, Zoom)
· Partner with others to solve business problems and execute leadership development initiatives.
- Apply principles of adult learning, learner experience design, and sustainability processes to program design and implementation.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- At least 8-9 years related experience in leadership development, organizational development, training, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations.
- Direct leadership and management experience preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience with learning technologies and software (i.e. Learning Management System, Vimeo, Camtasia, Storyline, Survey software)
- Certification or training in behavioral and organizational development assessments (i.e. Hogan, Predictive Index, DISC, or other 360 assessments, etc)
