负责视光学产品（框架镜片、定制镜片、离焦控制镜片、光学模仁及相关检测系统等）的创新光学设计与技术平台建设工作。

围绕中国市场需求，建立和完善先进光学设计能力，包括但不限于自由曲面设计、近视管理光学设计、角膜接触镜设计、个性化定制算法开发、光学仿真评价及光学检测方法开发。

从产品概念阶段到产业化阶段，主导光学设计开发全过程，协助支持部门确保产品满足临床性能、制造可行性、质量管理体系及法规要求，并支持全球研发项目的技术合作与技术转移。

Lead the innovation and development of optical products, including spectacle lenses, customized lenses, myopia management lenses, optical molds, and related inspection systems.

Establish advanced optical design capabilities for the China market, covering freeform optics, myopia control designs, contact lens designs, personalized design algorithms, optical simulation, and optical testing methods.

Drive optical design activities from concept to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical performance, manufacturability, quality compliance, and regulatory requirements are met, while supporting global R&D collaboration and technology transfer.
