Now, we're looking for a Onboarding Marketing Officer. The Onboarding Marketing Associate is the hands-on executor of driver lead generation campaigns — running day-to-day operations across digital and offline channels to attract qualified motorcycle driver applicants and get them to show up for onboarding. You will manage campaign execution, coordinate on-ground activations, track funnel performance, and work closely with your manager to optimize the applicant journey from first touchpoint to onboarding attendance.

Campaign Execution — Digital

• Set up, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms targeting potential driver applicants.

• Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting; flag underperformance early and recommend adjustments.

• Coordinate with the Creatives team to produce ad assets — briefing copy, visuals, and video content tailored to driver audiences.

• Support organic lead generation efforts including social media content, community group engagement, and referral program mechanics.

Campaign Execution — Offline & On-Ground

• Plan and execute field activations at transport hubs, terminals, gas stations, motorcycle shops, and community gathering points to recruit driver applicants. Build and maintain relationships with local partners (motorcycle dealers, rider groups, barangay contacts) to create sustainable referral pipelines.

• Manage on-ground collateral — flyers, signage, registration kits — ensuring materials are always current and available at activation sites.

• Coordinate logistics for onboarding drive events, including venue setup, staffing, and applicant flow management.

Applicant Nurture & Show-Up

• Execute applicant follow-up sequences via SMS, messaging apps, and calls to convert registered leads into confirmed onboarding attendees.

• Track and tag every applicant by source, stage, and status; keep the lead tracker accurate and up to date.

• Identify common drop-off points in the applicant journey and surface insights to the Onboarding Marketing

Manager for intervention.

• Coordinate with Operations to match lead flow with onboarding session schedules and capacity.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain the daily and weekly lead generation tracker — leads by channel, cost, stage progression, and show-up rate.

• Prepare performance summaries for the Onboarding Marketing Manager with clear data on what is and is not working.

• Conduct competitor and market scans to identify new channels, messaging angles, or partnership opportunities for driver recruitment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, field marketing, or growth — preferably in a marketplace, ride-hailing, logistics, or service platform.

• Working proficiency with at least one paid media platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads); able to set up campaigns, read reports, and optimize independently.

• Comfortable doing field work — this role involves regular visits to transport hubs, onboarding sites, and community events, not just campaign management from a desk.

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple campaigns and activations across cities simultaneously without losing track.

• Strong communication skills in Filipino and English; able to engage naturally with motorcycle riders and community partners.

• Proficient in spreadsheets and comfortable working with data to track campaign results and applicant funnels.
