Human Resources Responsibilities:
• Partner with the regional Recruitment team to meet resourcing needs.
• Support the recruitment process including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews,
checking references, and providing end to end support during hiring.
• Support the onboarding and induction process
• Support the offboarding process for leavers
• Support the generation of employment agreements, amendment letters and other various
documentation related to people’s activities and changes
• Maintain employee records according to local practice
• Support the payroll process by integrating information from off boarding and onboarding of new
team members to the HRD.
• Support the Casual and Contractor process, reviewing and issuing agreements and working with
payroll and finance to setup staff and contingent workers.
• Assist with Ad Hoc and seasonal HR projects such as policy reviews, compensation programs.
Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Attending the front desk, welcoming visitors in a professional, courteous manner and being the
face of WME Grp during business hours.
• Arranging courier bookings and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies, inventory, kitchen supplies, food and beverages for employees.
• Scheduling meetings and assisting with the set up for client meetings.
• Support the planning and execution of office and staff events and activities.
• Distributing incoming mail and delivering mail as required.
• Keep the office organised in a professional and safe manner.
• Assist and organise with management reporting, expense recording/reporting, diary and travel
management.
• Support the Australian business as point of contact for travel and accommodation bookings.
• Liaise with travel and accommodation partner on all travel bookings, travel enquiries and any ad
hoc activities relating to domestic and international travel.
• Support the daily maintenance of the office including facilities in collaboration with the building
management.
Schedule
• Support the day-to-day functioning of the Sydney office.
• Assisting other divisions with administration duties and other tasks.
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, announcing calls to senior staff when necessary.
