Occupational Therapist (OT) – Colonial Vista Post Acute
Wenatchee, WA | Full-Time | $45–$55 per hour
Help residents get back to the everyday moments that matter most!

What you’ll do
- Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
- Help residents improve daily living skills like dressing, bathing, eating and getting around safely
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety changes
- Supervise and support COTAs
- Teach residents and families how to stay safe and independent
- Keep clear, accurate documentation and work closely with nursing and the care team
What you’ll need
- Current Washington OT license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills, creativity and a team-first attitude
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus, and new grads are welcome!
