Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) - Part-Time Afternoons
St. Joseph's Village | Ypsilanti, MI
Are you a compassionate RN or LPN looking for a flexible leadership opportunity? Join St. Joseph's Village as a Nurse Supervisor and help lead our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. In this role, you'll support residents, guide caregivers, and serve as a trusted clinical resource.
Schedule
Part-time afternoons
2 days per week and every other weekend
On-call rotation

What You'll Do
Provide leadership and support to caregivers and staff
Promote resident safety, well-being, and quality of life
Assist with resident assessments and care planning
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns
Coordinate communication among residents, families, and the care team
Serve as an on-call clinical resource
Support quality care and regulatory compliance
What You'll Bring
Current Michigan RN or LPN license
Nursing experience in senior care or a related setting
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for resident-centered care
